Anxiety and Trauma Therapy
Anxiety and trauma sessions at Serenity Touch use Somatic Experiencing, a gentle, body-based approach to easing stress, overwhelm, and the effects of past experiences. Working at your pace, the focus is on creating safety and helping your nervous system settle into greater balance and resilience.
I also offer alternative therapies for healing using the the universal life force energy of Reiki. As well as several other modalities. Please get in touch if this is of interest to you.
